For international tenders, I gather input from teams across countries and craft separate proposals tailored to each local procurement. Same client. Same deadline. Different markets, different angles.

I rewrite from the client's perspective. Not what we offer, but what they need. Not our methodology, but their problem solved. 

Compliance is table stakes. Persuasion wins. 


Every bid is a story. I write it so the client recognises themselves on page one.


Video in the bid

For high-stakes tenders, I bring video into the proposal. Team introductions. Capability explainers. Project case studies. Short, credible, and written to land — not to impress internally.O

 

I write, film, and edit myself. No extra suppliers, no extra briefings, no delays. The video goes in when the proposal goes in.O
